the eternal good health.

it’s time to write again about the possibility of life in eternal good health (which in theory should be the main topic on this blog). to those not aware yet, there are many living organisms that don’t get biologically older as they grow, retaining full functionality which in human sense would equal to being forever young. these ‘immortal’ organisms only die when being destroyed. thus the question is not is it biologically possible but can humans too evolve to that condition of never aging. in fact, i was sure about the possibility to never age (by acting in life properly avoiding the factors contributing to aging, like smoking, heavy drinking and other damage factors) already when i was perhaps twelve years old or so. then after a while i was educated into believing it is impossible, thus i left that idea behind, only to rediscover the idea years later by learning about advances in science which proved non aging being possible in principle, just not in humans yet. back then, during my first steps in understanding human biology, while learning that all cells in human body are completely replaced roughly in every seven years, it was my thought that this may be the key to eternal life. i was rather confused as i didn’t understand why this is not the case, why we age as all the cells are being constantly replaced — some faster some slower, but in the end every single cell should be renewed over and over, endlessly.. you should only avoid damaging yourself so much that your cells cannot replace themselves anymore, plus you must adopt the right thinking as the most important part of the slowing/stopping your aging.. i will explain below what i mean by the right thinking.

quantum physics has confirmed that thinking is an important part in creating our reality — observer is an inseparable part of the creation process (not necessarily conscious observer). thus, by thinking about ourselves who we are, we are creating our reality — not completely though because there are other processes around us, other ‘observers’.. your body is not completely isolated from the surroundings for your mind to have total control over its processes. when i was about twelve years old i thought that to stop our aging we only need to stop thinking about our own future as old people, stop planning/preparing our days as old people and keep acting accordingly in every sense, in every tiny bit.. i realized that we need to eliminate the thought of aging also from subconsciousness which actually has bigger effect on our body than consciousness/awareness does (but we are able to train our subconsciousness into the right direction with our conscious thoughts, and then the subconsciousness takes over our development, our physical/chemical processes not influenced by consciouness directly). our organism adapts and conforms to the way we want ourselves to be. it’s a bit more complex than this description because everyone around us exerts pressure on us how we must act according to our age, but you can in principle overcome these obstacles not being rejected from society. while acting by the norms of society for outside world to see, you can create in your mind for yourself a program which acts on your body taking it like a never aging substance, replacing all damaged cells and keeping you healthy. (please note that by latest scientific description the aging process only means diminishing of health — there is no such thing as aging in biological sense, it is only the cumulative effect of diseases/faults/defects in your body — the failure of your body to replace damaged parts, including in genetic level with shortening of telomeres. some organisms can keep telomeres in healthy length — they handle it without the cells getting out of control becoming cancer cells. we call it aging when we steadily look worse than before while in fact this is an overall effect of different failures, illnesses). you need to remain true to yourself (to your youthfulness) in your mind — not to worry about losing opportunities so to say.. your worries about short lifetime are forcing you to act fast on every seemingly good chance right now (not waiting for reasonable better choices in the future). you must always retain the mindset of being continuously young (healthy) and just beginning truly to live, with everything in life ahead rather than most (more and more) of the life being behind due to your chronological age. in fact the more you learn (if you do keep learning a lot), especially in different sciences, the ever more is ahead in your life than behind because you see more and more things in life which otherwise would have been unnoticed — with learning you’ll become less and less blind to the events and facts of nature around you, which without understanding (proper knowledge) wouldn’t make sense to you being ignored by your brain as irrelevant. the active learning process will keep your brain active and also your nerve cells will be better replaced, recreating the most important connections.. the science has advanced and now we know that new cells in brain do get created, not like they are a fixed amount at some stage in development (if you stop actively learning and exercising your brain in various capacities then that may become the case though). if you begin living in this mental state of actively using your brain too late, then up to that point where you adopted the right mindset, the part of health is lost of course, but even your younger self may perhaps be regenerated, with more effort needed. but if you make plans for life in old age then your body accepts that course of action — thinking yourself to be ill will easily make your body to be ill by the program you gave to your body. you must also eliminate contradictions in your mind by following the truth in every aspect of your life — a program with contradictions in itself is destined to failure — thus all the bs (bad science) must only be taken as fun, as entertainment (including religions), or customs of the society to get along. if wrong ideas about truths of nature are too deeply rooted in your daily actions then it will have serious consequences for your subconscious processes, which will lead to faster aging. your body does the best to follow your mind, so don’t be surprised about getting old with wrong thinking, telling lies to yourself and others, contradictions, and with preparing yourself to get old.. you’ll get what you wish for in your body.

my idea was, back then when making the first discoveries for myself about aging, that if you didn’t know that people get old and you had never seen/known old people, then your mind would adapt to that mindset much easier, leaving only the chemical processes in your body to care of the external damages. later i learned that internal cellular damages are not that easy to undo, but now i know that it is not impossible neither — there are living organisms that have solved this problem. in fact recent experiments with elderly have proven the connection of thinking yourself into being younger and getting physiologically better health as the result (not only subjectively) — the experiments were done with placing the elderly in artificially created old times for several weeks, where everything around them was like in the times when they were young.

i wish i was able to find proofs in different sciences earlier in my life, about the general fact that there’s no restriction in physics and biology to live forever (in principle.. there is not a single thing we know of that would forbid the eternal good health as the result of continuous physical processes), to evolve my thinking. education by wrong (not advanced enough) science had stopped me at some point, making me to believe it to be impossible to stop aging. now i’m back on track and hopefully i can find a way to undo the damage by wrong education, by the previous lack of my knowledge about the reality.

by now science has proven beyond any reasonable doubt that our mind is an extremely powerful entity literally producing our reality. there’s a limit though as we interact with other minds, but for our own body the power of our mind is almost limitless. it takes time though.. not every effect is instant like after your will to move your arms you can proceed according to your will in physical reality with almost no time lag. but if you create for your body (by your thoughts) the right program to act upon, then little by little your body will follow your will, up to molecular changes in your body. again, here’s important not to contradict to yourself, because you may introduce errors into the process.. for example acting contrary to your will by planning your future as older person, be it setting apart money for pension or other similar actions. then your body will conform with your future self as an old person — your mind will affect your body accordingly to perform the best.. according to your will.

here i must stop the explanation because it would include too many different processes in life and different sciences, including psychology, not only physics and physiology. i have still a lot to learn and i don’t want to make errors in my description of reality which wouldn’t be backed up by science. i leave most of my thinking processes to be known to myself, to compare with the results and to select the correct processes to describe later when confirmed by the results. i will write more if i do succeed to stay young and perhaps even better: to reverse some damage done as i’m almost fifty years young now.. some ten-twenty years less in my biological age (in the best possible health) would be a much needed progress. just a note: food does make difference too but is not the most important ingredient (including alcohol — everything must be taken in moderation) — nobody has achieved eternal good health even with the best diet — food is just a collection of waves/particles and forces between them. your mind is more important in arranging the basic elements into desired configurations. also the thinking process itself must be used in moderation.. you can burn yourself out if you’re not taking enough rest to let the changed arrangement of particles to fix their positions. you can create a mess by thinking too much — your mind has a huge capacity for action but up to a limit.

there could be more details described related to the topic in this writing, in the fields like stress management, conflict management, ongoing human mutations and the benefits from research in those rare strong mutations, hypnosis, self-hypnosis (auto-hypnosis) and in many other fields, even martial arts — completely related. fortunately there’s enough material up there on internet on the related fields, thus i’m closing my short description of this quite complex research by only mentioning there’s a lot more to it than just doing nothing and thinking yourself into eternal good health. you must do a lot of research to arrive at correctly programming your mind the way it truly works.

ps. i understand perfectly well that a serious writing on such a topic must include references to the scientific sources to back up the claims i make, for example about the biologically never aging organisms. definitely it would be a better way to write, but in this case i should spend ten times more time (or perhaps even much more than that) on writing, to search through all the information out there on internet for the correct and seriously presented material. there’s so much garbage out there on internet that instead of spending time on seeking out reliable references i would rather rely on my memory referring to certain scientific discoveries/conclusions made by other researchers. i would rather spend my time on learning new things. in other words, to get it straight and to be entirely honest, i’m not lazy to write but i don’t care too much if others believe me or not — i’m happy enough to get it right for myself and to implement the discoveries and/or reasoning in my own life. the proof will follow — either i get older as everyone else does or will succeed in slowing/stopping/reversing the biological ‘aging’ processes in my body, staying forever in great health.


about my current health: i’m not in a perfect health but i feel myself great.. most of the time. i have had some damages to my body, from a serious car accident and other incidents, permanently changing some cellular structures of my body the way it cannot repair/regenerate itself completely into the previous healthy state, but fortunately not so much that medicine wouldn’t be able to restore the often annoying conditions into perfect health, in presumably not so distant future. damages to one knee (rebuilt from five pieces), arm (deeply burnt), ribs (broken and grown together not exactly right), spinal column (vertebrae slightly displaced/squeezed in two locations) and lungs (punctured and healed with a scar), not to talk about some smaller damages to my physical body, are completely possible to eliminate with advances in genetics, stem cell technologies and bioprinting. i’m calling my health great after over a dozen near-death situations in my crazy past — i live perfectly happy life, with only occasional need to take prescribed strong pain-killers, which i would better not take if possible to eliminate the underlying problems. you see, i’m not that far yet in controlling my mind that i can get rid of the pain at will.. not always i should say.. and better i won’t because pain is an important signal that something is wrong. i’m working on eliminating the damage, trying to regenerate the condition i was in before the car accident (over twenty years ago) and other incidents. there’s a lot to learn about myself and the limits of my mind and i’m working on it.
