Study Links Daily Coffee Habit To Longevity

[Alex Kobold: in my opinion it can relate to the little pleasures and relaxation which coffee provides, reducing stress, which is a kind of “daily meditation procedure” – it does not necessarily relate to the ingredients found in coffee.. it’s particularly hard to determine the effect of a drink besides all the other differences in habits of consumption, but the habit of daily small relaxation pauses would be more obvious compared to those who don’t permit it to themselves on daily basis. my opinion should make even more sense while you learn from the study that decaf drinkers had similar effects to the daily drinkers of real coffee.]
