obviously, keeping your brain in constant challenging activity is one of the conditions for sustaining a good health. me personally i exercise my brain with cryptography, but anyone can find his/her/(its) own way to challenge the mind for actively keeping a significant chemical movement under the skull. you can’t just live in an idle thinking mode and expect remaining in good health. without giving out any promises, i will try to drop some mental exercises, as of my method of course. i have already posted the link to my book about the cryptography method which i developed, but here’s the book again: youthextension.files.wordpress.com/2015/11/acio.pdf (free download)
