Science of the Aging Brain. / the lecture also touches a bit upon importance of sleep, connected to formation and organizing of memories. still, i rest my case about the possibility to eliminate sleep — evolution has made the brain for work with optimal energy saving.. in presence of abundant energy the formation of memories and detoxification can be done in parallel, without sleep. there are cases when people never sleep and they’re fine.. apart of some being bored at night.
